  Overall process

Push the turnover hopper equipped with materials to the side of the wet granulation machine → Vacuum feed into the wet granulation machine → Granulation → Wet granulation → Drying → Material lifting (dry material) granulation → After drying, the particles fall into the turnover hopper → After receiving, push the turnover hopper to the main mixer to lift and feed to the main mixing drum → After mixing, the materials are divided and fall into the turnover hopper → Feed the turnover hopper to the tablet press (or capsule filling machine) by lifting → Push the used hopper to the cleaning center for cleaning.


  Job Description

2.1 High level wet granulation machine:

High level wet structure, using vacuum feeding and automatic metering slurry system. The material enters the granulation pot and is automatically cut into multiple dimensions through programming to achieve sufficient mixing in a flowing state. Then, by using a spray gun system or manually injecting adhesive, uniform particles are made under the action of a stirring blade and a cutting knife. The particles are discharged through the discharge port to the wet particle granulator, where they are shaped into uniform and consistent particles.

2.2 Boiling dryer: The expansion chamber is equipped with a raw material feeding hole, which can be used in conjunction with an efficient wet granulation machine. Feed hole and efficient wet process

The granulator is connected by pipelines and uses the negative pressure of the silo to suck the pelletized particles from the high-efficiency wet granulator into the silo, achieving a closed feeding and ensuring sufficient boiling space for the materials; The capture bag is made of anti-static fabric and adopts an airbag sealing structure; Equipped with a lifting and tightening mechanism, the capture bag can be lowered and disassembled for cleaning during site clearance.

The inlet section adopts G4 primary filter, F8 sub high and medium efficiency filter, and H13 high-efficiency filter. All filters have two-stage pressure differential display instruments indicating filter blockage pressure differential; The steam regulating valve is controlled by PID method and equipped with a cold and hot air linkage regulating damper, achieving continuous inlet air temperature control. The inlet air temperature can be finely adjusted, and the air temperature can be set and automatically adjusted within the range of room temperature to 120 ℃, with a temperature control accuracy within ± 1 ℃. Discharge method: Directly pull out the silo and use lifting and flipping to discharge the whole grain.

2.3 Improving the Whole Granulator:

The equipment can complete lifting, flipping, unloading, and granulation operations, and collect dry particles in the fluidized bed into a mixing hopper after granulation. The base is fixed to the ground, and the column can rotate horizontally 180 degrees on the base. After the cone bucket is lifted to the specified height, it can rotate 360 degrees.

The interface, spindle, pelletizing knife, screen mesh, etc. on the granulator are made of 304 stainless steel. The inner surface of the equipment is polished with a mirror finish Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, and the outer surface of the equipment is polished with a Ra ≤ 0.6 μ m. The main interfaces are connected with sanitary grade connections and can be easily disassembled during cleaning.

2.4 Total Mixing

Add the medicine powder or particles from the turnover material bucket to the mixing hopper by lifting the feeding method.

Mixing function: Mix the materials evenly according to the set process parameters and automatically stop the machine.

Discharge method: The mixing hopper is lifted and divided by a hopper elevator.
